The Challenge


As part of a campaign to gather new ideas for future European Union policy, the European Commission (DG EAC) wanted to connect with an audience that usually had little or no interest in the EU and its future. The challenge was to kick off a New Narrative for Europe by producing a music video in a language everyone understands, and to promote it without a marketing or advertising budget.
