Understanding and monitoring your audiences is fundamental.

The Roadbook for the Viessmann Group

Viessmann approached The Right Street to grow the Viessmann Group Twitter account by building a community of dedicated followers (with a particular focus on EU policymakers and influencers) and creating original content representing the brand, its values and its key messages.

Before starting work on the social media strategy, we created a Viessmann Roadbook together with Viessmann’s corporate communications team. It helped the client clarify their purpose, map the landscape, define their voice and start building a genuine community. This community now helps to amplify campaigns and “peak moments” on social media.
