Does your audiovisual have an audio?
One day we’ll be able to smell, touch and taste each other on the internet. Until then we can only see and hear. How you look is important. How you sound is so much more. I see things all the time that are clever, inspiring or memorable. But I’m moved more by what I hear.
The Champions League anthem gives me goosebumps, and I don’t even like football. The French railways logo makes me want to travel because I’ve heard it before on the train. And something in this b flat note makes me want to trust the news before I see it.
Maybe it’s because we hear our mother’s heartbeat long before we open our eyes.
