Cofounders Richard Medic and Filip Lugovic lead a team of inhouse consultants supported by external specialists, policy experts and influencers.

Richard Medic

Creative Partner

Richard is a communications strategist, creative director and community builder. Before co-founding The Right Street, he founded happeningo communicators and Soonfeed Media. He is a regular adviser to the EU institutions and has been a spokesman for European organisations in the Balkans and Strasbourg. Born and educated in Melbourne, Richard was a writer and musician before moving to Europe in 2001.

Filip Lugovic

Managing Partner

Filip is a co-founder of The Right Street, where he is responsible for daily business activities, and a co-founder of Lugomedia Group. Previously he consulted for DeHavilland EU, a London based political intelligence provider, and EUobserver, the leading online newspaper for EU politics. Filip holds an MBA degree and has over 12 years of experience within the Brussels' political arena.

Marko

Project Manager

Marko has managed numerous digital campaigns for EU institutions and startups in Brussels. He was previously a project manager at happeningo communicators, where he worked on social media campaigns for the European Commission, the European Voluntary Service and The Europe Song. Marko is also community manager at Soonfeed Media.

Aleksandra

Event Manager

While completing a PhD in Business Administration, Aleksandra has established herself as a trusted expert in the organisation of high-level Brussels events. She co-founded Lugomedia Group and EuVENT, a leading EU affairs events provider. She has also advised regional and local governments on foreign investment strategies and EU funding.

Simo

Digital Marketing Expert

Filip is passionate about social media and all things digital. As an IT student he started developing digital campaigns for AIESEC, the largest student network in the world. He has since worked with some diverse clients such as Microsoft Europe, European Cancer Association and M.E.D Marketing.

Damir

Graphic designer & Animator

Damir has been freelancing for almost a decade. He has produced illustrations, developed storyboards and designed characters for publishers such as Mozmene.com and VisualCurriculums.org. Damir has also illustrated several children’s books and is co-founder of dezendraw.com.

Hanna

Writer and researcher

Hanna is a regular contributor to The Right Street’s digital projects, where her focus is digital strategy, research, and social media. She is studying communications and political science in the United States, and has worked in marketing and lobbying in Washington, DC.

Pusha

Visual designer

Marko is a multidisciplinary designer with a keen interest in vector design, illustration, DIY tech and user-oriented design. He is driven by the intersection of design, technology and human experience, and enjoys delivering creative solutions to any design challenge. Marko is also working on the launch of his own mobile game.

Maida

Community builder

Maida is a community manager and passionate about all things social. Her experience with online communities and marketing began while she was a psychology student and the national head of marketing at AIESEC, the largest student network in the world.

Ana

Finance and administration

Ana has a long and varied background in finance and administration roles. Her eye for detail and problem solving enables The Right Street team to communicate more, and administrate less.
